 Newspapers and their workers are seeking ways to increase revenue in an industry wracked by declining readership, shrinking ad revenues, the merciless onslaught of new technologies, and the Great Recession.  Newspaper Guild members at the Pittsburgh Post Gazette hope a new web subscription service will help.
