CONGRESSIONAL HEARING ON POSTAL RATE
INCREASE
The ILCA gathered information from its members about the negative impact of the new postal rate increases on labor publications and our First Amendment press freedoms to present oral and written testimony to the Subcommittee on th e Federal Workforce, Postal Service and District of Columbia of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, chaired by Rep. Danny Davis (D-IL) on October 30th, 2007.
